The data Carrot Care collects we use so that we can provide our services to you in the most effective way and ensure its quality and safety. 

In order to totally safeguard your privacy we process your personal data (name, age, gender and e-mail) separettly from your health data. Whatever you enter, add or do in Carrot Care, it is never connected to data that could personally identify you. We do use special encrypting - which totally and fully depersonalizes your personal iinformation. We use anonymization techniques, so all data is received in a non-personally identifiable form and stores as de-identified. 

Carrot Care app works and stores your data only on your device. We do not collect, not process the data on servers, and not share, sale or rent the data to anyone without your consent. 

You may withdraw your consent to our data processing or request to remove your personal information at any time by contacting with us via contact@carrotcare.health.

For the OCR recognition feature, the data is being processed using Google servers and is deleted after the recognition is done, automatically. The OCR data is not retained for any other purposes than to give you the result.

For the Manual recongition feature, the data is processed at Amazon and Google Mail services. If you want all your mail information gone at any time (including personal correspondence i.e. everything), please email us at contact@carrotcare.health

Web Server Logs can collect date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at this website, and the websites visited just before and just after our website.

No Information from Children/Minors Under Age 18

You may also close your Carrot Care through your Account Settings. If you close Carrot Care Account, you will no longer have access to our website or services. After the closure of your account, you will not be able to access our platform without creating a new account, and you will need to upload all of your lab test results again. After you close your Carrot Care Account, we retain some information in your account related to your purchase history. This is necessary for accounting, audit and compliance purposes. We may also retain backup copies and archival files of your information to satisfy our state and federal legal obligations or regulatory requirements. However, we will not share your information with any partner or a third party, except for the information that has already been shared with your consent.
